Ravioli

9-12 oz cheese ravioli
1 Cup Skylar Rae® Cherries, Pitted & Halved
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp slivered almonds
1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
salt & pepper, to taste

STEP 1
Cook ravioli according to package direction. Drain and set aside.

STEP 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, toast slivered almonds for 2-3 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.

STEP 3
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Swirl occasionally until it turns golden brown and smells nutty, about 3-5 minutes.

STEP 4
Stir in the Skylar Rae® cherries and rosemary. Sauté gently for 1-2 minutes, just until cherries begin to soften but still hold their shape.

STEP 5
Gently toss the cooked ravioli into the skillet to coat with the cherry brown butter sauce. Warm for 1 more minute.

STEP 6
Sprinkle toasted almonds on top. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
